Genus Two Isogeny Graph and Hash Functions

In this talk, we will look at (l,l)-isogeny graphs of principally polarised supersingular abelian surfaces (PPSSAS). The study of these isogenies can be reduced to examining maximal isotropic subgroups of the torsion subgroup. We will be using this correspondence to study the structure of the graph. Hash functions have been built on isogenies between elliptic curves. We will use this result to examine the possibility of extending the elliptic curve hash to a PPSSAS hash.
